At VirtualResource, I scaled HR processes and manager guidance as the consultancy grew across 13 countries. I built global onboarding from the ground up and personally onboarded more than 60 consultants.
I also designed and delivered six internship cohorts, converting all 30 participants into permanent hires. My work included advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, change, performance and employee relations.
At CWA Consulting, I advised Nedbank, Avacare Health SA and Pick n Pay retail group on learning strategy and organisational development. I also designed practical HR systems and delivered training initiatives.
Earlier, I built training tools and change processes at SNC-Lavalin, and designed learning programmes for a core-system transition at Standard Bank Contact Centre. My experience spans consulting, financial services and engineering, with a focus on HR, learning and organisational development.
