I've supported pet parents, clinics, and major retail partners including Petco, PetSmart, Amazon, and Costco at Vetsource. I help customers check orders and assist clinics in navigating online tools for pet owners.

Before that, I processed loans and payments, prepared taxes, took applications by phone, ran credit and payment-history checks, and helped customers improve their credit at Security Finance.

I spent nearly nine years at Town and Country Animal Hospital, where I supported front-desk operations, animal restraint and medication, lab work, radiographs, surgeries, grooming, and large-animal care. I care deeply about making veterinary visits as positive and compassionate as possible, including during difficult decisions.

I'm a fast learner with new software and am comfortable with email, websites, phone communication, records, scheduling, inventory, and customer support. I'm looking to broaden my experience while bringing a practical, people-focused approach to remote work.
