I’m an experienced administrative and procurement officer with over 8 years of UAE experience supporting office operations in fast-paced industries like maintenance, construction services, and security systems. I bring a strong ability to manage day-to-day operations while keeping details accurate and processes moving.
In my current role, I handle tenders, quotations, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) in coordination with sales and technical teams. I manage procurement of swimming pool materials, equipment, and chemicals, and I prepare and renew AMC and construction contracts for multiple clients.
I’m also confident working across documentation-heavy environments: I maintain contract and supplier records, coordinate HSE documentation for site inspections, and manage company licenses, permits, and renewals including trade license, insurance, and ISO documents.
