In my most recent role, I owned Admin, Procurement, office facilities, logistics, and asset management—handling end-to-end operational tasks that keep teams moving efficiently. I support business operations through reliable coordination and attention to quality standards.

Earlier, as OIC – Business Operation and Import Manager, I managed the full importation flow from orders and payments through to shipments. I worked with suppliers and vendors across different countries through virtual communication, addressed import-related concerns, and oversaw cross-department transactions including contracts, documents, policies, and personnel.

Before that, I served as an Executive Secretary/Buyer—handling confidential matters, preparing reports and documentation, managing correspondence, and coordinating orders, deliveries, inventory, logistics, and payments. I also have customer-facing experience as a Call Center Representative and started my career as a Crew Member, building a strong foundation in service and reliability.
