I want a fast-paced role where I can deliver empathetic customer support, resolve issues end-to-end, and use CRM/ticketing systems to improve customer satisfaction. I’m looking for a team that values process improvement and growth.

I’m a customer-focused, results-driven Customer Service Professional with experience delivering exceptional support, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. I handle customer interactions across multiple channels, manage complaints, and support customer retention through trust-building and clear communication.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative, I respond to inquiries, process orders and appointments, maintain accurate records within CRM, and generate invoices with a high level of accuracy. I collaborate with operations to ensure service quality, follow up on delivery schedules, and use customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Before this, I led and supported sales activation work, including supervising field sales teams and tracking performance metrics to improve conversion rates. Through training, conflict resolution, and compliant operations, I consistently helped customers and teams resolve issues smoothly while contributing to organizational goals.
