I'm looking for a role where I can apply AI-assisted workflows, content evaluation, customer support, and English–Tagalog communication while growing in localization, quality, or digital operations.

I've supported financial-institution members through chat at TTEC, using AI-assisted tools and internal systems to resolve concerns accurately while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Previously, I moderated TikTok Philippines content at Alorica, evaluating policy compliance and platform safety in high-volume workflows. My Psychology background, including localization research for a sports mental training questionnaire, strengthens my cultural awareness, research skills, and English–Tagalog communication.
