Bella Wilson
@bellawilson
Customer Service Representative who handled 80+ daily guest inquiries at Jojo Resort and created a follow-up system for pending requests.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
At Jojo Resort, I handled 80+ daily guest inquiries by phone, live chat, and email, covering reservations, booking changes, and cancellations. I managed the full guest communication experience independently in a remote role.
I resolved complaints by coordinating with front-desk, reservations, housekeeping, and management. I also built a follow-up system for pending inquiries to reduce missed follow-ups.
At Closedlane Agro Farm, I handled customer questions about products, pricing, and availability, processed orders, and coordinated with sales, farm operations, and delivery to address issues. I introduced better tracking for pending orders to reduce repeat inquiries and improve the experience for regular customers.
