I’m a Content and Curriculum leader and Learning Experience Architect who owns educational content end to end—across audiences and formats—and sets the quality bar that lets it scale without degrading.
I’m a builder-leader: I direct content teams, media designers, and AI agents that support them, while personally shipping the adaptive AI systems that produce and adapt the content. I lead from inside the work rather than above it, defining how humans and models collaborate so small teams can move faster without lowering standards.
In my recent work as Founder & Learning Experience Architect (Synops Consulting LLC), I remote-architect and ship end-to-end adaptive AI learning products—from instructional concept to deployed production—using Socratic tutoring systems rather than linear courseware. One production-grade platform I designed and launched drew commercial acquisition interest from a major industry player, validating both its market value and its technical defensibility.
Earlier, as Lead Instructional Designer & Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Barbri Global, I led Faulkner University builds end to end, directing 2 to 4 contractors and owning budgets for 4 to 5 concurrent classes. I delivered 30+ enrollment-ready courses across written, video, and interactive formats, trained 10+ designers through the shift to AI-in-production, and built custom GPT models and prompt libraries that cut development time 35% while instrumenting learning analytics that helped drive a 20% lift in learner engagement and satisfaction.
