What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences that solve real performance needs, partner closely with SMEs and stakeholders, and give learners practical tools they can apply with confidence.

At 24/7 Teach, I architect digital learning modules for internal and client training using Lovable, Articulate 360, and Canvas LMS. I create storyboards, simulations, drag-and-drop activities, job aids, assessments, and self-paced learning aligned to organizational goals.

I've reduced course build time from roughly three weeks to ten hours through AI-supported design workflows and prompt engineering. My work includes developing and stress-testing AI evaluator agents, designing governance compliance training systems, and translating complex requirements into usable learning solutions.

As a Reading Department Chair and educator at St. Lucie County Public Schools, I use needs analysis and learner data to close skill gaps, mentor teachers, and improve assessment outcomes. I bring a learner-centered approach to scalable enablement, usability testing, and cross-functional delivery.
