What I'm looking for

I’m seeking AI enablement/adoption and learning strategy roles where I can help teams integrate generative AI responsibly, design practical learning and workflow solutions, and improve outcomes through data-informed change and customer/educator education.

I’m a data-driven learning solutions architect and strategist with 12 years of experience leading organizational improvement and translating data into strategic action. I specialize in solving “messy” organizational problems by aligning people, processes, technology, and data into practical, scalable solutions.

Across learning strategy, AI implementation, workflow design, prompt engineering, change management, and instructional analytics, I focus on helping organizations adopt new technologies and work more effectively. I’m known as a sense-maker who helps employees and customers move from complexity to clarity, action, and meaningful results.

Currently, I’m a Founder & AI Product Developer developing a live AI-powered SaaS prototype that analyzes instructional materials and generates actionable curriculum insights. Alongside that work, I lead curriculum alignment and learning enablement efforts, and I’ve built adult-learning-centered AI integration strategies that support responsible, ethical, and effective generative AI use.
