What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and evolve digital learning programs that measurably improve job performance—shipping with product release cadence, using LMS platforms and modern authoring tools, and pairing strong instructional design with thoughtful AI-augmented workflows.

I’m a Senior Instructional Designer with 22+ years building digital learning from the ground up—focused on creating training people can actually use to do the job, not just “update slide decks.” I build learning systems that ship on time with product release cadence, especially in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

Most recently, I built and scaled a product training academy for the U.S. Air Force’s largest MQ-9 contractor aircrew training program on federal contracts exceeding $100M combined—supporting 1,200+ learners. I’ve designed modular, role-based learning paths across four Major Commands and blended self-paced eLearning, vILT, ILT, and simulation so learners can rehearse real tasks and decisions before live training.

I’m deeply proficient in Articulate Storyline 360 (variables, triggers, branching, simulations) and Rise 360, and I’ve administered an enterprise LMS serving 5,000+ users. I measure success by performance: I designed and administered the IQT end-of-course assessment for 350+ students annually and used results plus field feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous curriculum improvement.

I also lead with quality and governance—delivering SCORM content and accessibility aligned to Section 508, developing SOPs and style guides for consistency across distributed teams. Leveraging AI-augmented workflows (CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude) thoughtfully, I’ve achieved 30–50% reductions in design cycle time on multiple concurrent CBT projects while maintaining instructional quality.
