What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build workforce-development learning programs where upskilling is a national priority, applying competency-based design, assessment strategy, AI-accelerated development, and stakeholder alignment to business goals.

I've designed scalable learning experiences for Strategic Education, McGraw-Hill Education, Western Governors University, and Salesforce, spanning higher education and workforce development.

At Strategic Education and Strayer University, I led online course architecture through QA and launch in Canvas, translating SME expertise into structured courses, rubrics, assessments, and outcomes-aligned learning experiences.

At Western Governors University, I improved competency-based assessments using psychometrics and learning analytics. I also built skills taxonomies and role-based competency frameworks with Salesforce to support global sales enablement and field readiness.

I've created commercially deployed digital courseware for McGraw-Hill's Humanities and Social Sciences portfolios, including asset maps with hundreds of learning components. I use AI tools daily to accelerate content and assessment development while maintaining instructional rigor.
