As a Sales Executive, I make phone calls to important professionals from companies such as (pharmaceutical, banks, telecom, etc.,) presenting to them our product (international conferences) while informing them of important details such as price, discount, place, topics, etc.

My duty as an office assistant was to handle incoming phone calls from clients who were interested in a property. I would give them all the necessary information regarding the property as well as organize a meeting between the client, the agent and the owner.
My other job was to register new properties on our website.

I would take inbound calls from customers who had issues with their devices and help them through.
The job required to learn a specific software very well in order to succeed in customer satisfaction.

As an office coordinator , I would register the packages that came into the office into our system. The registration needed to be done with attention to every information detail or else the package wouldn't arrive to the owner.
There were over 200 packages per day despite being a small office.
