I am a communicative, friendly, and organized commercial administrative professional with experience in customer service, reception, and back-office operations across retail, aviation, and corporate environments. I work independently, take responsibility for tasks, and consistently deliver accurate documentation, order and complaint processing, and timely reporting.

In my current role I handle customer service and back-office duties, and earlier positions included reception, passenger handling, and invoice/payment processing.
