At Snowstorm Technologies, I lead cross-functional SaaS implementations, platform initiatives, and operational programs across product, engineering, UX/UI, QA, client success, sales, and operations. I built the delivery operating system spanning Jira intake, prioritization, RACI ownership, executive roadmaps, launch readiness, onboarding, and handoffs.

Previously at RightMetric, I owned delivery practices for research and data products serving 15 enterprise clients, scaled the team from 6 to 12, and helped double year-over-year report output through standardized workflows, QA, intake, and delivery practices. I also led API and automation work that cut a recurring data process from roughly four hours to three minutes, alongside AI-enabled workflows that saved 30+ hours on individual projects.

Across Wallop, Scope Creative, and nonprofit organizations, I've led client portfolios, teams, operating rhythms, and process improvements that keep complex work moving. I enjoy turning strategic priorities into visible plans, clear decisions, and scalable ways of working.
