What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote delivery and operations leadership where I can bring structure, process discipline, and delivery accountability—making complex programs predictable and scalable through risk management, stakeholder alignment, and operational documentation.

I’m a Program and Operations management professional with 10+ years of experience leading multi-client delivery programs and directing multidisciplinary creative and technical teams. I’m known as a systems stabilizer who brings structure, process discipline, and delivery accountability to complex environments that need it.

In my current role at Lumenalta as an Associate, Product Delivery, I translate product intent into well-defined epics, features, tasks, bugs, and acceptance criteria. I directed cross-functional contributors, cleared a 200+ ticket backlog, and secured a dedicated QA engineer by identifying and escalating a formal resourcing gap.

I also established tiered escalation pathways, defined release-readiness criteria, and authored and maintained all P0 test cases in BrowserStack. I collaborate to automate product documentation from ZenHub (including documentation template work) and maintain structured risk tables within product documentation to surface impact context at the right decision points.

Previously at geekspeak Commerce, I led enterprise accounts and scaled delivery outcomes across Walmart Canada and Lassonde Industries, including execution leadership for the Walmart Content Studio Program. I configured a Stibo Systems PIM for content automation, introduced SKU-level tracking and Kanban workflows in Monday.com, and expanded Bang & Olufsen’s Amazon presence from 1 to 9 regions; I’m also pursuing PMP® (in progress).
