What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation and technology programs where I can strengthen PMO governance, align cross-functional teams, manage complex portfolios, and deliver measurable outcomes through Agile or Waterfall delivery.

At NFI, I led more than 40 enterprise technology initiatives across client portfolios exceeding $10M, coordinating delivery across Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Data, and external vendors.

I'm a PMP and Certified ScrumMaster who builds practical governance around plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, sprint and release planning. I also bring business analysis experience in finance technology, enterprise software implementations, and large-scale data migrations.
