What I'm looking for

I'm pursuing Director-level opportunities where I can lead strategic portfolios, strengthen governance, use data and AI to improve decisions, and deliver measurable transformation across complex technology organizations.

I've led enterprise cloud adoption, portfolio governance, and large-scale delivery programs at Mozilla, Alberta Health Services, and Boardwalk. At Mozilla, I directed migration strategy from AWS and Azure to GCP while coordinating IT, SRE, Security, Data Engineering, Product, Development, and QA teams.

I delivered $3M+ in cloud cost optimization savings against a $28M+ cloud spending budget, implemented CI/CD and observability platforms, and led CNAPP and WAF initiatives. I also built executive reporting through MBR, QBR, and OKR frameworks and managed a team of TPMs, contractors, and a business analyst.

Across healthcare, utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, and IT, I've managed portfolios, vendor programs, governance, budgets, and complex implementations. I'm continuing to build my AI-enabled, data-informed portfolio leadership while pursuing Director-level opportunities.
