I’m a senior project and program manager with 20+ years leading enterprise technology transformation, digital modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-enabled service operations across healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, and public-sector environments. I translate complex delivery challenges into actionable plans and executive-ready recommendations that drive predictable outcomes.

I’ve managed complex multi-stream programs and enterprise platforms with stakeholders, vendors, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive governance across PMO and hybrid delivery environments. I’m known for building practical delivery controls—RAID management, clear reporting, dashboards, transparent escalation paths, and decision forums—so senior leaders can make informed decisions.

Most recently, I led TELUS Health initiatives including portfolio intake and prioritization, Salesforce delivery governance, and a multi-stream CX and service operations transformation using Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Einstein AI.
