I’m a results-driven Senior Trainer & Facilitator with 6+ years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs in corporate environments. I specialize in content moderation training, QA coaching, and trust & safety frameworks that help teams perform consistently.

At Tech Mahindra Ltd, I’ve owned end-to-end training cycles for new hire and upskilling batches—delivering end-to-end programs, conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs), and building curriculum aligned to business goals.
