What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can own end-to-end learning strategy, facilitate to senior leadership, and drive measurable adoption through data-driven evaluation, collaboration, and high-quality learning design.

I’m a Senior Learning Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in training, implementation, and business integration strategies. I build learning journeys that connect training methodology to measurable business outcomes, from solution design to go-live delivery.

I manage the full training lifecycle—designing and developing programs, manuals, facilitator guides, QRGs, and pre/during/post learning assets—using frameworks like SAM and ADDIE. I also lead needs assessments through interviews with L&D teams, HRBPs, and BU Leads, then translate insights into strategy, content, and delivery through ILT, blended learning, or eLearning.

I drive client adoption and continuous improvement by sharing evaluation insights with leads and sponsors, analyzing data and feedback, and iterating based on learner experience and application. I’ve led facilitation for audiences from employees to senior leadership, mentored managers on coaching conversations, and supported onboarding and retention for customer-facing platforms.
