I’m seeking remote opportunities in International Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales with US or global companies.

At MasterPro Installs Corp, I manage a US commercial account portfolio and run full-cycle B2B sales, from outbound prospecting and pipeline building to closing new accounts. I communicate daily with clients, vendors, and field teams, and track pipeline and revenue data in Monday.com.

Previously, at Embrasac, I managed prospecting, sales forecasting, and product promotion, using Power BI and Excel to support commercial decisions. I also teach Portuguese to foreign nationals from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, supporting their linguistic, social, and cultural integration.
