I am a Sociology and Psychology graduate specializing in Education from the West University of Timisoara, with professional experience in customer support and AI training. I bring strong English skills and a background in educational theory applied to user-focused roles.

I worked three years at Foundever in Customer Support, developing communication, problem-solving, and client-relations abilities while handling diverse user needs. Recently I have been working as a Freelance AI Trainer, gaining practical experience with conversational AI systems and data annotation workflows.

Alongside my professional roles, I am developing a video game in my spare time, which demonstrates initiative, creative problem solving, and technical curiosity. I leverage interdisciplinary thinking from sociology, psychology, and education to inform user-centered design and training approaches.
