I’m a Revenue-focused Sales & SDR Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise tech and SaaS sales, including 4+ years leading high-performing inbound and outbound teams of 20–25 reps. I run SDR performance as a system—from activity metrics and meeting rates to pipeline coverage and opportunity conversion.

I’m operationally rigorous: I enforce CRM hygiene, lead follow-up SLAs, and clean handoff discipline so leadership reporting stays accurate. I diagnose funnel health by tracking meeting rates, hold rates, meeting→opportunity conversion, and pipeline-per-rep to find conversion gaps fast.
