My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Classical Archaeology, followed by a Master's in Political Science and Public Administration. This academic foundation has equipped me with the analytical skills necessary to navigate complex organizational structures and foster effective communication with stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. My tenure at Turkcell Global Bilgi saw me rise from a Customer Representative to a key member of the Retention and Satisfaction Team, where I proactively resolved issues for clients and improved performance metrics. I am passionate about training and development, having served as a Training and Work Coach, where I empowered colleagues with essential skills in communication and CRM systems.
