I am looking for a Customer Support or Ecommerce Customer Support role where I can help customers, solve problems, and contribute to a positive customer experience. I value a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, clear communication, and the chance to work with customer-focused teams.

I am a Results-driven Customer Support Specialist with over 3 years of experience helping e-commerce, SaaS, and online businesses provide excellent customer service through email, live chat, and CRM platforms. Throughout my career, I have managed high volumes of customer inquiries, resolved order, shipping, refund, and product-related issues, and consistently delivered positive customer experiences that improve satisfaction and retention.

My experience includes working with Shopify stores, CRM systems, help desk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Gorgias, as well as collaborating with teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. In my previous roles, I handled 50–100 customer conversations daily while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores and meeting service quality standards.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Ilorin and have completed professional training in customer engagement and customer support. I am known for my communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to providing customers with timely and accurate support.

My interests include customer experience, ecommerce operations, business growth, process improvement, and helping brands build long-term relationships with their customers.
