I’m looking for a role where I can own enterprise customer lifecycles end-to-end, partner with technical and executive stakeholders, and use tooling (Jira, APIs, automation) to drive adoption, resolve escalations, and improve account health.

I’m a Customer Success and Technical Account Management professional with 4+ years managing enterprise B2B SaaS accounts across AdTech and digital advertising technology. I serve as the primary point of contact for clients like Stellantis and Philips, owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing optimization.

At Epsilon (Yieldify), I partner with technical and executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into personalized digital solutions. I built workflow automations in n8n integrated with Jira to automate SLA monitoring, incident tracking, and operational reporting, and I designed an internal Chrome extension to streamline campaign validation and debugging. I also design API integrations through Cyclr, and I triage and troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and rendering issues using Chrome DevTools and network analysis—driving clear customer communication through resolution.

Previously, as an Ad Operations Specialist and Technical Support Engineer, I managed campaign trafficking and optimization across Google Ad Manager 360 and DSP platforms and customized Prebid.js implementations for publisher clients. I bring an organized, proactive approach—keeping Jira tickets and account health tracking current, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support, and helping customers realize value quickly and consistently.
