At Cook Children’s Health Care System, I partnered with federal agencies on ServiceNow implementations, translating requirements into solutions and integrating platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Jira.
Earlier, I developed ServiceNow solutions at USAA and CarMax, and administered banking network infrastructure at Skye Bank. I hold ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, and CIS-DF, along with micro-certifications in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, CMDB, Agentic AI, and Now Assist Executive.
