I’m a dedicated, results-oriented customer service representative with experience supporting U.S. healthcare customers in a fast-paced remote call center environment. I handle 90+ inbound customer calls daily using Five9, staying professional, accurate, and focused on customer satisfaction.

In my role, I resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a remote setting. I bring strong customer relations skills supported by active listening, problem solving, and clear communication with high-volume throughput.

I’m also the Founder & Managing Director of SMB Global Enterprise, where I lead operations across fashion, steel, and real estate advisory. I manage customer relationships, procurement, supplier coordination, and business development—bringing an operations mindset to every customer interaction.
