At Fold Holdings, I support the full employee lifecycle for a 45-person distributed workforce, from onboarding and offboarding to payroll, recruiting, and day-to-day HR administration.

I process biweekly payroll across employees, contractors, and global contractors, while administering Rippling and implementing workflows such as company-wide time-off policies. I also coordinate recruiting operations and support multi-state employment compliance across approximately 50 states.

Before moving into People Operations, I founded and operated Barkin' At Bailey's for seven years. I managed operations, scheduling, billing, budgeting, vendors, client relationships, and growth initiatives in a fast-paced small-business environment.
