I am a dedicated individual currently pursuing my studies in economics at Abdelmalek Essaadi University. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in management principles, which I complement with practical experience in customer service and sales.

During my time as a customer service representative for a web store, I honed my communication skills and developed a keen ability to understand and meet client needs. My recent role as a sales executive at HiFive further enhanced my sales acumen and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
