I seek a customer-facing role where I can apply bilingual communication, sales and teaching skills, grow professionally, and work within a supportive, collaborative team.

I am a driven, bilingual customer-service professional with a background in teaching and call-center sales. In my current role I handle inbound and outbound B2B calls, retain customers by managing cancellation requests, and consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Previously I taught English and completed an administrative internship where I developed strong communication, active listening, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. I studied Mathematical Science & Application and bring a disciplined, learning-focused approach to client service and team environments.
