What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable talent development, learning, performance-management, and HR processes that use employee data and stakeholder feedback to improve employee development.

I build practical talent development systems that turn employee data, manager feedback, and organizational needs into scalable HR processes.

At Zarrin Roya, I led LMS selection and implementation, migrating and validating 700+ employee records, and analyzed performance data for 150+ employees to set training priorities. I also designed Rivaar, a peer-buddy onboarding and development program that reached 89% participant satisfaction in its first year.

As a consultant, I assessed culture across 100+ employees, analyzed well-being data from 500+ employees, conducted 40+ senior-manager interviews, and launched the company’s first HR Innovation Unit. More recently, I created standardized hiring, onboarding, training, and performance-management documents and manager workflows for Toranj & Perse Restaurants.
