At Minol USA, I lead utility infrastructure projects across the Southeast, from water and electrical sub-meter installations through completion. I manage concurrent budgets up to $500K, maintain regulatory and safety compliance, and keep delivery timelines on track.

I co-developed a proprietary Salesforce field service application to improve technician efficiency and data capture. Using Salesforce Lightning, ProCore, and Textura, I improve project visibility, financial documentation, subcontractor coordination, and payment workflows.

Previously at PDI Software, I directed 10+ support specialists while overseeing invoicing, billing accuracy, A/P and A/R reconciliation, technical escalations, onboarding, and SOP development. I also bring collections, account auditing, client relationship, installation, logistics, and on-site training experience from Precision and CSC Service Works.

I focus on process optimization, financial control, risk mitigation, and practical coordination across engineering, operations, field teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
