I've led customer-facing transmission, telecom, construction, and business services projects for American Electric Power, Wallick Communities, and Nationwide Insurance. My work centers on translating stakeholder requirements into clear project plans, schedules, budgets, and accountable execution.

At American Electric Power, I managed 40–50 customer-facing transmission and telecom construction projects at a time, with budgets from $1M to $10M. I also oversaw 300+ telecom projects with a combined $27.7 million budget, coordinating engineering, construction, environmental, right-of-way, contractor, and support teams.

At Wallick Communities, I lead construction and business services initiatives through closeout, establish KPIs, standardize project processes, and manage project tracking in Procore, Smartsheet, and Visio. I also planned the company’s annual owners meeting for 400+ attendees and 50 sponsors.

I'm known for being a responsive customer and stakeholder liaison, improving communication, resolving issues early, and keeping teams focused on safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
