I’m seeking a role where I can own end-to-end projects across vendors and stakeholders—balancing hands-on field leadership with corporate oversight in construction, restoration, or infrastructure, with a safety-first, process-improvement mindset.

I’m a results-driven Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of progressive experience across construction, restoration, utilities, and infrastructure. I lead multi-vendor projects from initiation through closeout, focused on delivering on time and within budget while keeping client and stakeholder relationships strong.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end project management for commercial and residential restoration and construction work. I oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality control; manage subcontractors and vendors; and act as the primary client liaison to resolve issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction.

Earlier, I managed complex residential property project portfolios tied to mortgage servicing operations. I developed and enforced project schedules and compliance documentation, drove cross-functional collaboration in hybrid workflows, and implemented process improvements that reduced project cycle times and improved documentation accuracy.

My field background—from municipal water infrastructure to heavy equipment and on-site construction support—gives me a rare blend of hands-on leadership and corporate-level oversight. I’m currently pursuing PMP Certification and bringing that same rigor into every engagement, supported by First Aid & CPR, safety-first discipline, and active Spanish language development to strengthen communication in diverse environments.
