I’m a Customer Support Specialist with experience providing chat, email, and in-person customer support in fast-paced environments. I resolve customer inquiries, document cases accurately, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In my current role as a Guest Relations Officer (Customer Service dept), I assist 50–80 customers daily through phone and in-person support. I coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient service, maintain accurate patient records and appointment updates, and escalate complex issues for quick resolution.

Before this, I worked as a Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity), supporting product demonstrations and participating in proof-of-concept (POC) activities. I gained hands-on exposure to enterprise cybersecurity solutions including Portnox, Elastic, Imperva, and Commvault while collaborating with pre-sales and technical teams.

I’ve also strengthened my communication and quality mindset through roles such as Volunteer Web Content Writer and LoftyHeights Hub Social Media Manager. I evaluate tone and clarity, improve processes through careful analysis, and use tools like Zendesk and CRM systems to support consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
