I learned how to manage contacts, run email sequences, track tickets, and use macros and customer communication workflows to improve response speed and consistency.

As a News Writer for Vanguard Media Limited, I write and edit daily stories, conduct interviews, and collaborate to ensure factual accuracy—experience that reinforces my attention to detail and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
