What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support learning technologies and help users maximise digital tools—handling Windows/macOS helpdesk issues, Microsoft 365 support, and practical troubleshooting with clear communication.

I’m an Entry-Level IT Support professional with hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, installing software, and troubleshooting end-user issues. I focus on clear communication and solid documentation to help users get back to work quickly.

Through self-directed practical projects, I’ve upgraded macOS for compatibility, installed and configured PostgreSQL 17 with pgAdmin, and validated connectivity by creating databases, tables, and executing SQL queries. I also support Microsoft 365 applications (including Microsoft Excel Web), handle desktop and printer setup, and resolve software problems by isolating the root cause and providing practical alternatives.
