I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience providing first- and second-level technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I focus on resolving problems efficiently so teams can stay productive.

In my current role, I install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices, while monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity to ensure system availability. I also manage user support requests, system updates, and IT documentation.

Previously, I supported office systems and peripherals at Covenant Plastics, installing operating systems and applications, running antivirussoftware, assisting users with technical issues, and performing routine system maintenance. I also supported basic network connectivity and documented support activities.

I bring practical strengths across LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and routing & switching, along with Windows OS support and basic cybersecurity awareness for threat prevention. I’m especially proud of building and maintaining a personnel database using FileMaker Pro to improve how teams manage data.
