Austin Amador
@austinamador
Transformation and technology leader driving revenue growth through operations, cloud, and process improvement.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Transformation & Technology leader who aligns corporate strategy with day-to-day operations to increase revenue and profits. I use existing and new technologies to drive efficiencies, optimize the organization, and reduce costs—while keeping customer satisfaction at the center of every product and service.
Since 2020, I’ve served as Managing Director for Technacious, LLC, advising and mentoring a first-time CEO for a boot-strapped professional services startup serving Behavioral Health entities. I’ve designed repeatable pricing and contract approaches, refined contract language to eliminate failures to meet obligations, supported account management, and helped expand the client base through RFP responses and partnership discussions.
Previously, at Libera, Inc., I operated with full accountability as Owner, Chief Operating Officer, and Treasurer, and delivered the company’s first profitability in 17 years. I shut down offices and a fully owned data center to reduce costs, led a shift to a fully distributed (remote) model in 2018, migrated on-premise systems to cloud hosting for 27 clients, and renegotiated contracts to improve profitability.
Across my leadership roles in healthcare and technology services, I’ve repeatedly redesigned operating models, improved quality and delivery discipline, and built high-performing teams using metrics and rewards. From establishing service management structures (SLAs, KPIs, RCA, incident management) to leading ICD-10 and HIPAA compliance testing efforts and disaster recovery collaboration, my pattern is consistent: system optimization, low-defect delivery, and measurable outcomes.
