I’m a senior healthcare IT implementation leader with 20+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions, specializing in EHR/EMR optimization, clinical workflow transformation, and digital health adoption. I translate complex organizational needs into structured, compliant, scalable solutions across hospital, behavioral health, public health, managed care, and government environments.

I manage full project lifecycles—from requirements gathering through go-live and post-live support—especially for AI-assisted clinical documentation and enterprise training and enablement. In my most recent director role, I led AI-assisted documentation with Eleos Scribe, reducing clinician note-writing time from 30 to 15 minutes through end-to-end deployment, training design, and ongoing onboarding.

I’ve also driven EHR modernization and governance at scale, including rationalizing clinical documentation from 300+ forms to ~150 across multiple divisions and service lines, and strengthening compliance readiness through agency-wide rollouts of DocuSign and Relias LMS.
