I’m a graduate of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, majoring in English Language Education. I’ve completed my studies and I’m now looking for opportunities where I can apply my skills while delivering reliable, customer-focused service. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and easily adaptable to new environments.

At PT. Concentrix Services Indonesia (Project Lazada), I currently work as a Refund Only Agent, managing the refund management process for customers. I address refund issues and provide fast, effective solutions to maintain customer loyalty. I also serve as a SWAT L2 Agent, coordinating with related departments to resolve customer issues.

Previously, at PT. VADS Indonesia (Project Shopee International), I worked as a Live Chat Agent, serving international customers via live chat while maintaining a good and professional service standard. Earlier in my career, I supported students as a Private Teacher, guiding them with homework, exam preparation, and learning methods based on their needs.

I also built teaching and administrative experience during my internship at SD IT Alam Nurul Islam Gamping, where I taught elementary students using interactive, communicative methods and assisted the principal with administrative and supervision tasks. Through my organization experience as Head of the Documentation Division at MM Kine Club, I strengthened my documentation, publication, and digital media skills—skills I bring with me into every role I take.
