What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support scalable ServiceNow solutions, particularly across ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, automation, and client-facing delivery.

At Bosch Global Software Technologies, I build and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across ITSM, CSDM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, Discovery, and platform administration. I have delivered client-facing work as the sole developer, including the Mobility Services Autobahn project, where I owned requirements through production support.

I translate stakeholder requirements into custom applications, service models, approval workflows, access-management automation, and self-service experiences. My work includes Microsoft Teams Virtual Agent integration, Azure AD SSO and MFA support, platform upgrades, ATF validation, instance cloning, and CMDB governance.
