I'm looking to build and support ServiceNow ITSM and Workplace Service Delivery solutions, contributing to customer-focused automation, platform enhancements, production stability, and Agile delivery.

At inMorphis, I design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM and Workplace Service Delivery solutions across six customer accounts. I've built 20+ Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, notifications, Service Catalog items, and Flow Designer automations.

I've delivered ITSM and WSD enhancements for Athene, NeighborWorks America, UKG, and NOHN, including production support, releases, portal customization, and data migration. I'm certified in ServiceNow administration, application development, and Data Foundations.
