At FERMAT I owned the entire go-to-market systems stack as a function of one: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, Glyphic and about seven others, with vendor and budget authority. Admin work was the floor. The part I chose was making the manual layer unnecessary.

I built Euler, a Slack-native GTM assistant the whole revenue team used daily to ask pipeline and account questions without writing SOQL. It held all six security guardrails under adversarial testing, including prompt injection. I also shipped Salesforce governance agents covering delete approvals, pre-deploy access checks and code review, which removed 62 hours of manual RevOps work. Our Head of RevOps published that number publicly. Alongside those, an AI deal-confidence system reading six signal sources into a score and a weekly leadership digest, and a data dictionary covering 2,750 fields and 3,500 system mappings across Salesforce, HubSpot and Outreach.

Before FERMAT I ran GTM tooling for a revenue organisation of 380 to 450 people at Whatfix, rebuilding the data flow between CRM, marketing automation and sales engagement while cutting software spend and clearing a standing operations backlog. At Simpl I was promoted four times in under three years and led the company’s first Salesforce implementation for roughly 100 sales users.
