I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can turn usage and behavioral data into adoption plans, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable growth through consultative discovery and cross-functional execution.

I’m a Client Solutions Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where I manage client relationships across an $8.5M annual book of professional services. I serve as the project manager and trusted advisor across complex research engagements and strategic initiatives, turning client needs into tailored outcomes.

I focus on customer adoption and account expansion by uncovering new use cases, reactivating dormant stakeholders, and leading consultative discovery sessions. I increased engagement by approximately 20% through a strategic client success initiative that leveraged client usage insights, executive relationship building, and proactive account planning, while using engagement metrics and business data to guide scalable growth.
