I'm seeking a customer-success or post-sales leadership role at a data-driven, collaborative company where I can lead cloud and SaaS adoption, partner with executives, drive consumption and measurable ROI, and scale customer value through cross-functional programs.

I am a Customer Success and Account Management professional with expertise in orchestrating enterprise solution delivery, cloud adoption, and customer value realization.

I orchestrate end-to-end delivery of workflow automation solutions across 35+ enterprise and mid-market accounts, managing 10+ concurrent projects to ensure adoption, consumption growth, and renewal. I partner with C-level stakeholders to define success plans, align digital transformation goals, and drive measurable ROI through automation.

I have led Agile SCRUM teams and leveraged customer usage data to enhance solution health, mitigate churn, and generate expansion pipelines that contributed to net revenue growth. Previously, I built and managed a book of business that generated $150K+ in annual recurring revenue and supported investment advisory underwriting and ROI modeling for transactions up to $50M.
