I’m a customer service and training professional who also brings extensive classroom experience as a lead teacher. I’m driven by making an immediate, practical contribution to a progressive company, using my professional experience and education to support day-to-day success.

In my most recent role at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, I gather hours worked for employees and calculate correct pay amounts with overtime, deductions, and bonuses in a computer system. I also keep track of rates, wages, compensation and benefit rates, and new hire information, and I executed training sessions with new hires.

Earlier, I served as a customer service representative at C4 Direct, where I managed high-volume work under tight deadlines and became a go-to mentor/trainer for new reps and challenging calls. I’m also confident in instruction and support—preparing lesson materials and plans, tutoring individuals or small groups, and participating in teacher-parent conferences regarding student progress.
