What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead with strong communication, handle customer concerns and objections confidently, and use my customer service and training experience to improve customer outcomes while staying organized and deadline-driven.

I’m a customer service-oriented, goal-driven representative with extensive experience in conflict resolution and maintaining strong organization and communication skills in professional settings. Since 2020, I’ve provided independent freelance services remotely, managing client communications, creating and organizing digital content, and keeping schedules and tasks on track.

In prior roles, I strengthened my customer and sales approach by contacting 80 potential customers door to door daily, memorizing product knowledge, helping customers by handling objections, and maintaining detailed notes. I also served as a corporate trainer, where I trained new employees and supported in-house marketing systems, and as a teachers aide/group leader, creating lesson plans, enforcing classroom rules, and organizing field trips to support learning.
